Pine Gully Agrihood
Revolutionising suburban living by creating a sustainable, innovative, and community-focused environment.
What is an Agrihood?
Rather than pushing farming to the fringes of our cities, Agrihoods integrate working farms, local food production, and regenerative green spaces into the heart of new communities, preserving fertile land and reconnecting people with the food they eat and the nature they love.
At Pine Gully Agrihood, we are proud to pioneer this concept for the Riverina region, creating a masterplanned neighbourhood where healthy food, sustainability, education and community wellbeing come together.
Families will grow, kids will play, and residents will thrive alongside productive gardens, orchards, and a working community farm that honours Wagga Wagga’s agricultural legacy.
About Pine Gully
Pine Gully Agrihood is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a community that balances modern living with deep respect for Country, nature, and our region’s agricultural heritage.
We acknowledge the Wiradjuri people as the Custodians of the land on which Pine Gully is being developed. This land holds ancient stories, and as we build its future, we do so in the spirit of respect, partnership, and reconciliation.
Rooted in these values, Pine Gully is designed as a diverse, inclusive, and vibrant neighbourhood where regenerative landscapes, walkable villages, and shared spaces support wellbeing, connection, and sustainability.
